Return Policy

What is our Return Policy?

  • In the event of Manufacturer Defect:
    • A replacement or full refund is to be issued.
    • Customer will have to inform Latest Bedding team within 14 days after receipt of package in order to get a replacement or gain full refund.
    • Customers will have to provide pictures of defective area and full length of product.
    • All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
  • For other Return Reasons:
  • Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.
  • Items’ Condition: Items must be in original condition, unwashed, not-used, and must be in original packaging and in sell-able condition.
  • Pictures must be provided of product in original pack.
  • Refund amount: The return shipping cost and a 5% handling fee will be deducted from the amount and the net amount will be refunded upon receipt of the returned products. But as a courtesy, we will waive off and refund you the 5% handling fee in form of an eGift Card that you can use any time.
  • Once your return request is approved, we will send you a Return Shipping Label by Email. You can either use the label provided by us or use your own shipping method to send us the item(s). If you choose to use your own label, the RMA Number Provided by our team will be applied. 
  • Please allow your bank 7-10 days to process the refund and for the credit to appear on your statement.

 Note:  At Latest Bedding we strive for 100% customer satisfaction, and at the  website we provide best quality pictures and product detail, however colors may vary from one computer screen to another and thus, does not come under manufacturer defect category, so will be considered as dislike / did not meet the expectations case.

  • Decline Request: Any request outside allowed time period will not be accepted by the system. Items which are bought at clearance, final sale, open box are not eligible to apply for return. Also, any items missing from comforter set such as sham/s or bed skirt will not be accepted for return & refund, such incomplete missing return will be sent back to customer’s address after verification.
  • Also, any items exchanged for another items from our store is non returnable unless defective or in category of wrong order received.

       How do I return?

  • To initiate a return, contact us here. Please make sure to include your order number, condition and pictures of your items, and reason for return. Please include your order number and allow 2 to 5 Business days for the next steps on your return request.
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.
  • Please note that you will be issued a return shipping label that is valid for 7 days before it is voided. See below for more details.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the money to reappear in your account.

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.

  • They must be in original condition.
  • Unwashed and not used.
  • In the original packaging.

Last Chance or items bought on Clearance are not returnable. Free gifts are not returnable. Moreover, if the returned items are found damaged or defective, a full price of the product will be charged from the refund amount. Also, items purchased through gift cards are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturer defect.

I received the wrong item.

  • If you receive a wrong item please contact us here within 7 days of your delivery date and provide us with the order number.
  • You will receive a prepaid label via email so you may return the incorrect item. Please print the shipping label, attach it to your package and drop it off to the respective shipping carrier. Once the item is received, we will ship you the correct item.

Partial refunds

You may receive a partial refund to the original form of payment* for the items listed below.

  • Return shipping charges and 5% handling fee apply to non-defective items that are returned within the item’s return policy period. You will receive net amount of the item’s purchase price. .

Returns received in any of the following conditions may be rejected:

  • Items not in original condition, missing accessories, or showing obvious misuse not due to latest Bedding error.
  • Once the Cash Back Incentive has been processed to customer account, Customer will not be eligible to return the item in any case. 
  • Physical user damage or error. 
  • If the item is received and damaged, not in original packaging or not in resalable, you will not be eligible for any refund.

Are there any charges for return?

  • You will be charged return shipping cost and a 5% handling fee on the returned products, unless the product is defective (See partial refunds above). 
  • You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping, unless you have received the wrong item. Please provide pictures so we may accommodate and process your return request promptly.
  • If there is minor damage (not fully torn) in original packaging, you will be charged 5% of the price

 Package Intercept Policy:

  • In the event of a customer wanting to cancel the order after, it has been shipped, a round way shipping will be charged from the refund amount.

Please Note:

  • ONLY in the event of a manufacturer defect, we will replace your item or refund your purchase (shipping charges if any are non-refundable) within 14 days of your delivery in the original packaging of any products that were unused, unwashed and in a re-sale condition. *Colors of bedding appear differently on every screen. Difference in color is NOT a manufacturer defect and is subject to a deduction of return shipping cost and 5% handling fee from refund*.
  • We do not accept returns on used, washed or products not in re-sale condition, or on any final-sale/Clearance items.
  • No returns after 30 days of your delivery date. We cannot accept returns on items damaged through normal wear and tear or discoloration due to bleach and cannot claim responsibility for damage caused by washing machines, irons, steamers or dry cleaners.
  • Please repack all Latest Bedding products in the original package they were received in.
  • 8% Handling Fee will be charged for return of the orders processed via Shop Pay Installments. 
  • Return Authorization numbers must be properly shown on the outside of the return package.
