We are beyond-words grateful for your support and patience as we work around-the-clock to make sure Baggogo reaches every corner of the globe as quickly as possible during this festive (and busy!) time of the year.

Please note that during holidays season and sales it may take a little longer for the order for stock items to arrive, depending on weather conditions and carriers overload. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

To make your shopping experience better and avoid long wait times, we have collaborated with two fulfillment centers on the East and West coasts, that ship our products globally with DHL and UPS. All orders within the US will be shipped with UPS service. Orders from the UK are shipped with FedEx International.

Depending on item availability, your order may ship from the US UK,or the CN.

As soon as your order ships, we will send you a tracking number in the Shipping confirmation email. Please allow 2 to 5 business days to deliver your order.

We offer free standard shipping within US and EU, and free worldwide shipping on orders over $300. Our standard shipping cost is $10-25.

United States, Australia, United Kingdom, New Zealand, Germany, France:

Standard Shipping( 8-15 business days)- $10.00

Rest of world (229 countries and regions):

Standard Shipping( 8-25 business days)- $20.00

Standard order shipping time within US may take from 2 to 5 days, depending on the destination, while express orders will be delivered by the end of next day.

Standard international shipping time, depending on the destination, may take from 7 to 21 days.

Please keep in mind that delivery times are estimates and should be used as a guide. While working to minimize shipping delays, Loke Retail is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

We ship globally from our warehouses in US UK,and CN with DHL/FedEx or UPS shipping carriers. The standard DHL/UPS shipping service on International orders may take between 5-21 days, while orders shipped with DHL Express International service may take between 3-6 days to be delivered.

International orders may be a subject to import duties and taxes that are not included in the order cost. We suggest to check in with your local customs office to calculate those.

Please note that we have suspended delivery to Russia and Belarus.

This item has already been crafted and is ready to ship. If you placed your order before 10 AM EST on a business day (except holidays), your order will ship the same day. Orders placed after 10 AM EST will ship the next business day.

If you’re within the US, standard shipping may take between 3-5 days, and if you choose express shipping, you will receive your order in 2 days.

Standard shipping on International orders (except Russia), may take between 5-21 days, and Express shipping on International orders can take between 3-6 days.

These items are either currently being produced or are in the transit to one of our warehouse with an expected shipping date determined on the product page.

Please note that it may take a 1-2 business days from the expected shipping date for those products to ship.

If your order includes multiple items with different availability dates and/or locations, your order may be split in 2 parts so that you can receive it sooner.

For every such part, we will send a separate shipping confirmation email.

To make sure the taxes and duties are calculated for the piece(s) shipped in each part, we will declare every part of the order individually.
